About The Role

You will join our Growth and Experiences India team to advance our industry-leading cloud platform. Your work will impact the efficiency and velocity of Confluent Cloud Connect and Hub product releases by accelerating development across the engineering organization.

What You Will Do

  • Build mission-critical experiences that deliver tangible customer value.
  • Architect, design, develop, and operationalise high-performance user experiences.
  • Partner with engineering teams to execute complex technical projects end-to-end.
  • Lead technical initiatives around code quality, observability, and testing.
  • Guide team members in architectural design and participate in technical discussions.
  • Transform ambiguous problem statements into actionable plans.

What You Will Bring

  • 8+ years in designing, building, scaling, and supporting production systems.
  • Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), React, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Semaphore CI and Jenkins.
  • Strong focus on project delivery, effective communication and technical leadership.
  • Proven track record in mentoring and providing constructive technical feedback.
