About The Role
As a Customer Success Account Manager at Confluent, you will manage a portfolio of customers, working with internal and customer stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges. Your role is to design and implement tailored success plans that drive adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion of our data streaming platform. This position focuses on delivering customer value, optimizing renewals and identifying upsell opportunities, especially within enterprise and cloud software contexts.
What You Will Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Drive customer success through consumption planning and tailored engagement.
- Manage timely renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs.
- Communicate complex solutions and ROI to varied stakeholders.
What You Will Bring
- 6+ years in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
- Experience in enterprise/cloud software and sales cycles.
- Proven record in driving revenue growth and customer adoption.
- Analytical mindset with strong project management skills.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
What Gives You An Edge
A minimum of 5 years working in a technology company or related field enhances your candidacy.
