About the role

Sourcing Partner Physical Therapy

In this role, you will partner with TA Partners and operational leaders as you proactively identify and engage Physical Therapist talent across assigned markets. You will support high impact hiring by building targeted pipelines and connecting top clinicians with opportunities across the Confluent Health family of brands.

You'll be supported by a modern, advanced TA tech stack designed to enable proactive sourcing, targeted candidate engagement, strategic pipelining, data driven decisions, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with TA Partners and operational leaders to support sourcing strategy across assigned markets.
  • Proactively source and engage Physical Therapist talent through outbound outreach, market mapping, referrals, networking, and CRM/ATS searching/engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across assigned regions.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
  • May conduct initial outreach to assess interest and alignment.
  • Leverage market insights and talent intelligence to inform sourcing strategies and hiring conversations.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM practices to ensure accurate pipeline visibility, reporting, and talent discovery.
  • Continuously refine sourcing strategies based on hiring outcomes, market dynamics, and pipeline performance.

Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in a sourcing role or full-cycle Talent Acquisition with a significant focus on sourcing for healthcare roles.
  • Demonstrated experience market mapping healthcare or clinical talent pools, particularly licensed clinicians.
  • Experience using data enrichment tools, sourcing platforms, and research techniques.
  • Proven success in sourcing for hard-to-fill, licensed clinical roles.
  • Comfort working in a metrics-driven, partnership-oriented TA function.
  • CRM proficiency and strong attention to detail.
