About the Role
The Virtual Assistant will provide critical administrative and operational support to the management team in a fast-paced, tech-driven remote environment. You will handle scheduling, communications, reporting tasks, and more to ensure smooth operations and team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings.
- Handle professional correspondence and communication.
- Prepare documents and maintain organized digital records.
- Support internal communications with timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare materials or reports.
- Conduct research, compile data, and present findings.
- Assist with travel bookings, itineraries, and expense processing.
- Provide light customer support or client coordination.
Who You Are
You should have proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Notion are required. Experience supporting technology or software teams is a plus. Fluency in English is compulsory and additional languages are an advantage.
