About the Role
The User Experience Designer will shape seamless, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences for a software company headquartered in Riyadh. Working closely with product managers, developers, and designers, you will translate user needs into innovative design solutions ensuring user-friendly interfaces that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing for insight gathering.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
- Create and maintain style guides and design systems for consistency.
- Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant and functional interfaces.
- Monitor user feedback and behavior to continuously refine the design.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 3+ years of UX design experience in software or SaaS environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work remotely in a cross-functional team.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
