About the Role

The User Experience Designer will shape seamless, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences for a software company headquartered in Riyadh. Working closely with product managers, developers, and designers, you will translate user needs into innovative design solutions ensuring user-friendly interfaces that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams across web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing for insight gathering.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
  • Create and maintain style guides and design systems for consistency.
  • Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant and functional interfaces.
  • Monitor user feedback and behavior to continuously refine the design.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • 3+ years of UX design experience in software or SaaS environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Familiarity with usability testing and user research techniques.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work remotely in a cross-functional team.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
