About the Role

The User Experience Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping seamless, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences for the company’s software products. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and fellow designers, you will translate user needs into innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design user-centric solutions across web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
  • Create and maintain style guides and design systems for consistency.
  • Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and functional user interfaces.
  • Monitor user feedback to continuously improve digital experiences.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer in a software or SaaS environment.
  • Strong portfolio with user-centered design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Familiarity with usability testing methods and user research techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
