About the Role
The User Experience Designer is responsible for shaping seamless, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences across the company’s software products. The role involves collaborating with product managers, developers, and designers to understand user needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on design solutions.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Create and maintain style guides and design systems.
- Translate complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback to refine designs.
- Stay updated with design trends and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven UX design experience in software/SaaS.
- Strong portfolio of user-centered design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
