About the Training Manager Role at Confidential
Confidential, a trusted recruitment partner for international education and professional development, is seeking an experienced Training Manager. This full-time, remote position is for candidates based in the EMEA region, leading training strategy, program development, and delivery for a reputable international training center.
As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving professional training programs for diverse audiences across multiple international markets. This role demands a strong balance of strategic planning, instructional expertise, and operational leadership within a fully remote work environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in adult learning, international training delivery, and effective management of trainers, programs, and stakeholders across various regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies aligned with organizational goals and evolving client needs.
- Design, manage, and regularly update training programs, curricula, and learning pathways to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Oversee the seamless delivery of virtual and blended training programs across the entire EMEA region.
- Manage and mentor remote teams of trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts.
- Ensure the highest standards of training quality, consistency, and learning effectiveness across all programs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for training, analyze learner feedback, and evaluate program outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate actively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to customize tailored training solutions.
- Efficiently manage training schedules, allocate resources, and oversee budgetary requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with internal standards and international training best practices.
- Stay continuously updated on the latest learning technologies, instructional design trends, and broader industry developments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a closely related field; a Master’s degree is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in training, learning & development, or professional education.
- Proven track record of managing training programs successfully within an international or regional context.
- Strong foundational knowledge of adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience with virtual learning platforms and Learning Management System (LMS) tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple complex programs across different countries and time zones.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
