About the Role

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing social media strategies that strengthen brand presence and engagement across various platforms. You will create compelling content, analyze performance metrics, and work with internal teams to deliver campaigns aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement social media strategies on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content including posts, visuals, stories, and short-form videos customized for each platform.
  • Manage daily posting schedules to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and build audience relationships.
  • Contribute creative ideas to boost brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, with 3–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing. A strong understanding of platform-specific strategies, proficiency in social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.), excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills are required. Fluency in English is essential while Arabic is considered an advantage.
