About the Role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing social media strategies to strengthen brand presence and engagement across various platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and implement social media strategies.
  • Create compelling content including posts, visuals, stories, and short-form videos.
  • Manage posting schedules and ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and platform best practices.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for brand consistency.
  • Engage with online communities and foster audience relationships.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within digital marketing or agency environments. Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools and excellent copywriting and communication skills are required. Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
