About the Role

The Senior Scrum Master will be the cornerstone of Agile transformation at Confidential. In this role, you will mentor and guide multiple Scrum teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor Agile teams to embrace Scrum practices.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with product owners and stakeholders to maintain prioritized backlogs.
  • Identify and remove obstacles to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Monitor Agile metrics and implement continuous improvements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and open communication.
  • Coach leadership on Agile best practices.
  • Oversee multiple Scrum teams for consistent delivery excellence.

Who You Are

You are an experienced servant-leader with deep Agile expertise. You bring proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master in a software development or SaaS environment, are proficient with tools like Jira and Confluence, and possess advanced Agile certifications. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are a must.
