Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a full-time remote opportunity, serving a leading software company across the EMEA region. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact software projects, ensuring timely delivery, meeting quality standards, and aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of software projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, product, and business.
  • Serve as the main contact for stakeholders ensuring transparent communication.
  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor progress and prepare regular performance reports for leadership and clients.
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and adhere to quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related fields; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
  • 8+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years in technology/software environments.
  • Proven track record in managing complex, large-scale projects in remote or distributed teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
