About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact software projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This full-time remote role is open to professionals across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end management of software projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including engineering, design, product, and business functions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders ensuring transparent communication.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
  • Drive continuous improvement while fostering accountability and high performance.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred).
  • 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in software or technology environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects in remote/distributed settings.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
