About the Senior Project Manager Role

We are a trusted recruitment partner engaged with a leading software company in the EMEA region. The role is full-time and remote.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact software projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end software project lifecycles.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, product, and business.
  • Serve as the main contact for stakeholder communication.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor progress and report to leadership and clients.
  • Foster continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Ensure quality and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications preferred).
  • 8+ years of project management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in software or technology settings.
  • Proven ability in managing complex, large-scale projects remotely.
  • Strong grasp of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
