Role Overview
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client accounts, delivering digital and software solutions, and cultivating long-term client relationships. This remote full-time role based in the MENA region requires excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and efficient cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as primary contact, build trusted long-term relationships, and align client objectives with software solutions.
- Account & Project Management: Oversee client onboarding, implementation, support, and coordinate with internal Product, Development, Sales, and Support teams.
- Account Growth & Retention: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, drive renewals and retention, and manage risks and client concerns.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare performance updates, lead virtual meetings, product demos, and relay client feedback internally.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a similar role.
- Experience with software, SaaS, or digital products is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and online solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fully remote setup.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
