About the Role
The Scrum Master role is a full-time remote position open to candidates within the EMEA region. In this role you will drive agile practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across software development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Coach team members on agile principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders for backlog prioritization.
- Identify and remove roadblocks affecting team progress.
- Promote continuous improvement and team engagement.
- Monitor team metrics for data-driven decisions.
- Ensure effective communication across development, product, and business teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Strong grasp of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with distributed or remote teams.
- Relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
