Job Description
Role Overview
The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile processes, coach teams on Scrum principles, and ensure smooth project delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement as part of the remote EMEA team at Confidential.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Remove impediments and support teams in achieving sprint goals.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders for project alignment.
- Track team performance and promote continuous improvement.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
