Job Description
Scrum Master Overview
The Scrum Master role is a full-time remote position across the EMEA region for a leading international technology company. In this role, you will facilitate Agile processes, coach teams on Scrum methods, and ensure smooth project delivery while fostering continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Remove impediments to support sprint goal achievement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Track team performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
