Scrum Master at Confidential
We are a trusted recruitment partner supporting organizations in building high-performing Agile teams. On behalf of an international technology-focused company, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their remote team across the EMEA region.
Role Overview
As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile processes, coach teams on Scrum principles, and ensure smooth delivery of projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Remove impediments and support teams in achieving sprint goals.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Track team performance and promote continuous improvement.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
