About the Role

The Senior Scrum Master leads Agile transformation for a fast-growing software company. This fully remote role serves candidates across the EMEA region. In this role, you will guide teams through Agile practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor Agile teams with Scrum principles.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with product owners, engineering leads, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and remove obstacles for smoother delivery.
  • Monitor Agile metrics and implement performance improvements.
  • Foster accountability, communication, and continuous learning.
  • Coach leadership on Agile best practices.
  • Oversee consistency and excellence across multiple Scrum teams.

You are an experienced servant-leader with a deep knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. You are a skilled facilitator, adept at conflict resolution and coaching, and are proficient with tools like Jira and Confluence. Certified as a Scrum Master, you bring strong communication skills and experience in managing distributed teams.
