Remote Finance Manager

Overview

The Remote Finance Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy, overseeing financial performance, and supporting senior management with strategic insights. The candidate will help strengthen financial governance and enable sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
• Oversee annual budgeting in collaboration with department heads.
• Manage monthly and quarterly forecasts with actionable insights.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.
• Prepare executive-level management reports highlighting key metrics.
• Provide strategic financial guidance for business initiatives and growth.
• Identify cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency opportunities.
• Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with auditors and address audit findings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance management, with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical skills.
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
• High proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
