Payment Business Development Manager
We are hiring for a next-generation Web3 payment solution designed to bridge digital assets with everyday commerce, enabling seamless cryptocurrency transactions for both individuals and businesses globally.
The platform provides an all-in-one crypto payment infrastructure, allowing users to pay and receive digital assets effortlessly, while enabling merchants to integrate crypto payments across online and offline environments. With support for multiple mainstream cryptocurrencies and compatibility across major blockchain networks, the solution is designed to deliver fast, secure, and low-cost transactions at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Sales & Merchant Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with merchants, payment service providers (PSPs), and fintech companies to promote and integrate our crypto payment solution – Gate Pay.
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and industry verticals, using Gate Pay to solve existing pain points for various clients.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Lead projects end-to-end by working closely with legal, compliance, product, and development teams.
- Resource Management: Leverage your existing network and resources to facilitate introductions and partnerships that accelerate business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in a Sales or Business Development role within the payments industry.
- Strong interest in Web3, blockchain, and crypto is required.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Established relationships with key stakeholders in banks, PSPs, and fintech companies across various regions.
- Self-starter, problem-solver, results-oriented, and capable of executing quickly in a dynamic environment.
