Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations to ensure projects and tasks progress efficiently.
• Develop, refine, and implement processes that enhance team productivity and workflow.
• Monitor key performance metrics and initiate improvements to boost overall productivity and outcomes.
• Serve as a crucial link between marketing, client success, and project management teams to maintain alignment.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks before they impact operations.
• Manage resource allocation and track performance for optimal team utilization.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on progress and opportunities.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new team members, ensuring their successful integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, team leadership, or a comparable role.
• Experience within digital marketing, SaaS, or other tech-enabled industries is beneficial.
• Demonstrated strong leadership abilities to inspire, coach, and guide diverse teams.
• Proficiency with essential project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Notion, Trello, and Slack.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment and manage tasks across various time zones.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other EMEA languages is a valuable asset.
