Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily operations to ensure projects and tasks progress efficiently.
  • Develop, refine, and implement processes that enhance team productivity and workflow.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and initiate improvements to boost overall productivity and outcomes.
  • Serve as a crucial link between marketing, client success, and project management teams to maintain alignment.

  • Proficiency with essential project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Notion, Trello, and Slack.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment and manage tasks across various time zones.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other EMEA languages is a valuable asset.
