About the Operations Team Lead Role
As an Operations Team Lead for a fast-growing digital marketing company, you will be crucial in ensuring seamless behind-the-scenes operations. You will collaborate extensively with various teams, focusing on streamlining processes, resolving roadblocks, and supporting the business in delivering its commitments. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient project and task progression.
- Develop, refine, and enhance processes to optimize team efficiency and workflow.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve productivity and outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison between marketing, client success, and project management teams to maintain alignment.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact operations.
- Oversee resource planning and performance tracking to ensure optimal team utilization.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting progress and improvement opportunities.
- Support new team members with onboarding and training to facilitate their success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, team leadership, or a comparable role.
- A background in digital marketing, SaaS, or other tech-enabled industries is advantageous.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and guide teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Notion, Trello, and Slack.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive and effectively collaborate in a fully remote environment across multiple time zones.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic or other EMEA languages is a plus.
