About the Role
As an Operations Team Lead, you will be at the heart of ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. You will work closely with multiple teams to streamline processes, remove roadblocks, and help the business deliver on its promises.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient task flow.
- Build, refine, and improve processes for smarter work.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement productivity initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between marketing, client success, and project management teams.
- Spot bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
- Oversee resource planning and performance tracking.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Support onboarding and training for new team members.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or team leadership.
- Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or tech-enabled industries is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, Trello, Slack.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work remotely across multiple time zones.
- Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
