Operations Team Lead
We are a trusted recruitment partner seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Team Lead for a fast-growing digital marketing company. This full-time remote role is open across the EMEA region and is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations behind the scenes.
About the Role
In this role, you will coordinate daily operations, improve processes, monitor performance metrics, and bridge the gap between teams such as marketing, client success, and project managers. You will also manage resource planning, prepare reports for senior management, and support new team members with onboarding and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily operations ensuring project efficiency.
- Improve team processes for smarter, streamlined workflows.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive initiatives for productivity.
- Facilitate communication between marketing, client success, and project management teams.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or team leadership.

- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools like Asana, Notion, Trello, Slack.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work remotely across multiple time zones.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
