About the Media Specialist Role

The Media Specialist role is a full-time, remote position open to candidates across the MENA region. Working for a reputable recruitment agency partnering with top companies, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel media strategies. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on media execution to drive measurable results while collaborating with regional and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement media plans aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across digital platforms such as Social Media, Google, and Display.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize using KPIs and analytics.
  • Coordinate remotely with creative and content teams for consistency.
  • Negotiate media placements, manage budgets, and maintain schedules.
  • Analyze audience insights, media trends, and competitor activities in MENA markets.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all media channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Media Specialist or Media Planner.
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms and advertising tools.
  • Experience with media buying, planning, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Knowledge of media analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
  • Strong budgeting, optimization, and performance-driven mindset.
