About the Hiring Company
We are a recruitment agency partnering with reputable companies across the MENA region. On behalf of our clients, we are hiring a Media Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel media strategies in a remote work environment.
About the Role
The Media Specialist will play a key role in maximizing brand visibility and campaign performance across digital and traditional media channels. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on media execution to drive measurable results while collaborating with regional and international teams remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement media plans aligned with overall marketing objectives
- Manage paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Social Media, Google, Display, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and analytics
- Coordinate remotely with creative and content teams to ensure message consistency
- Negotiate and manage media placements, budgets, and schedules
- Analyze audience insights, media trends, and competitor activities across MENA markets
- Prepare performance reports and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all media channels
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Media Specialist or Media Planner
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms and advertising tools
- Experience with media buying, planning, and performance tracking
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities in a remote setting
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms
- Knowledge of media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, DSPs)
- Strong budgeting, optimization, and performance-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven remote environment
