About the Role

As a Lead Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects from planning through execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. You will lead and mentor project management teams and work with engineering, product, and design functions to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor project managers for consistent delivery standards.
  • Manage multiple software projects across distributed teams and time zones.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Act as main communication liaison with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote collaboration and accountability across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of project management experience in the software industry.
  • Experience in delivering complex software or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • PMP or similar certifications are an advantage.
