This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates across the EMEA region.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems and infrastructure in a fully remote environment. You will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of technology operations while providing effective technical support to teams across different regions. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and internal IT tools.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security controls in line with company policies.
- Support cloud-based platforms, remote work tools, and collaboration systems.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and basic security checks.

- Stay updated on IT trends, tools, and best practices relevant to remote operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments and networking fundamentals.
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with cloud services, collaboration tools, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across virtual teams.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
