Role Overview
Join our global team as an Information Technology Specialist. In this full-time remote position open to candidates in the EMEA region, you will support, maintain, and optimize IT systems and infrastructure in a fully remote environment. You will help ensure system reliability, security, and top performance while delivering technical support to distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT tools.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security controls.
- Support cloud platforms, remote work tools, and collaboration systems.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and basic security checks.
- Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to provide technical solutions.
- Stay updated on IT trends and best practices for remote operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years' experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with cloud services, collaboration tools, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
