About the Human Resources Assistant Role
We are a trusted recruitment partner working on behalf of a fast-growing technology company. This full-time remote role, open to candidates across the EMEA region, supports the people function ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
- Support recruitment by scheduling interviews and candidate communications.
- Prepare HR documents, including contracts, policies, and reports.
- Serve as a contact point for HR-related questions.
- Assist in planning training sessions, engagement activities, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 1–3 years HR support experience, ideally in the tech industry. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with HR systems, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English are required. Additional languages are a plus.
