About the Role

The Human Resources Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the people function of a fast-growing technology company. This full-time remote role in the EMEA region involves coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring HR operations align with company policies and data privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records accurately.
  • Support recruitment through scheduling interviews and candidate communication.
  • Prepare HR documents including contracts, policies, and reports.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
  • Assist in planning training sessions, engagement activities, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR support or administration (tech industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
