About the Role

The Human Resources Assistant will support the people function in a fast-growing tech company. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and maintain accurate employee records in a remote setting across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
  • Support recruitment by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Prepare HR documents including contracts, policies, and reports
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries
  • Assist in planning training sessions, engagement activities, and performance reviews
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and data privacy regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR support or administration
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
