About the Role
The Human Resources Assistant will support the people function in a fast-growing tech company. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and maintain accurate employee records in a remote setting across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
- Support recruitment by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Prepare HR documents including contracts, policies, and reports
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries
- Assist in planning training sessions, engagement activities, and performance reviews
- Ensure adherence to company policies and data privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR support or administration
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
