About the Role

The Human Resources Assistant role is a full-time remote position available across the EMEA region. In this role, you will support the HR function by coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and handling other administrative HR tasks that ensure a smooth experience for every team member.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records confidentially.
  • Assist recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and candidate communications.
  • Prepare HR documents including contracts, policies, and reports.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR inquiries from employees and external stakeholders.
  • Plan training sessions, engagement activities, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR support or administration; tech industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
