About the Role
The Human Resources Assistant will support the people function at a fast-growing technology company. This full-time remote role across the EMEA region involves coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records to create a positive experience for every team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
- Support recruitment by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Prepare HR documents including contracts, policies, and reports
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related questions
- Assist in planning training sessions, engagement activities, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR support or administration experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
