About the Role

The Human Resources Assistant will be a key contributor to the company’s people operations. In this role, you will support a variety of HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, record maintenance, and employee engagement in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding activities for a seamless employee journey.
  • Maintain, update, and organize HR databases and employee records.
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and candidate communications.
  • Prepare and organize HR documentation including contracts, policies, and reports.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries from employees and external partners.
  • Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR support or administrative experience; tech sector experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR platforms such as BambooHR or Zoho People.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
