About the Role

The Head of Sales is responsible for building and executing a winning sales strategy to drive revenue growth across key markets for a fast-growing software company. This full-time remote role is open to candidates across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team for consistent performance and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market efforts.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales pipeline, and forecasting to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields (MBA is a plus) and 8+ years in B2B sales with 3+ years in a senior leadership role within software or SaaS. Proven track record in achieving sales targets in EMEA markets, strong strategic thinking, negotiation, relationship-building skills, and excellent leadership qualities are essential. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
