About the Role

The Head of Finance will shape the financial strategy of the holding company, ensuring strong governance and sustainable growth. This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on management across diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance function across all holding entities.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and financial laws across jurisdictions.
  • Provide leadership on treasury, investment, and capital allocation decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the Board and executive management.
  • Drive financial controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to maintain financial discipline.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA, CPA, CMA, ACCA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior management.
  • Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and corporate governance.
  • Proven track record managing finances for holding companies or multi-entity organizations.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, tax, and compliance regulations in MENA and global markets.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
