About the Role

The Head of Finance is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping the financial strategy of a well-established holding company headquartered in Riyadh. This is a full-time remote role open to candidates across the MENA region, offering the chance to lead a multi-entity finance function, drive financial excellence, and advise executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance function across all entities.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and financial laws.
  • Provide leadership on treasury, investment, and capital allocation.
  • Prepare financial reports for the Board and executive management.
  • Drive risk management and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to maintain financial discipline.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership with at least 5 years in senior management.
  • Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and corporate governance.
  • Experience managing finances for holding companies or multi-entity organizations.
  • Solid understanding of IFRS, tax, and compliance regulations in MENA and global markets.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
