About the Group Executive Assistant Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Group Executive Assistant to join a reputable holding company with diversified operations, working remotely on a full-time basis across the MENA region. This role involves providing high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership across multiple business entities within the group, ensuring smooth executive operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level support to senior leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for board and management meetings.
- Coordinate communication between executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Organize and manage virtual meetings, leadership sessions, and group-level initiatives.
- Track action items and follow up on strategic priorities across subsidiaries.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in preparing corporate documentation, contracts, and official correspondence.
- Support travel arrangements, expense reporting, and executive logistics when required.
- Improve administrative workflows and support operational efficiency across the executive office.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within holding companies or multi-entity organizations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
