About the Group Executive Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Group Executive Assistant to join a reputable holding company with diversified operations, working remotely on a full-time basis across the MENA region. This role involves providing high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership across multiple business entities within the group, ensuring smooth executive operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level support to senior leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for board and management meetings.
  • Coordinate communication between executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and manage virtual meetings, leadership sessions, and group-level initiatives.
  • Track action items and follow up on strategic priorities across subsidiaries.
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in preparing corporate documentation, contracts, and official correspondence.
  • Support travel arrangements, expense reporting, and executive logistics when required.
  • Improve administrative workflows and support operational efficiency across the executive office.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within holding companies or multi-entity organizations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
