About the Role
As a Global Key Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for high-profile clients. Your role will center on understanding client objectives, identifying evolving needs, and delivering solutions that generate measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, technical, and customer success—to ensure excellent service delivery and uncover opportunities to deepen client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with key global accounts across the EMEA region.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing service delivery.

- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships within the software or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing complex global accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple regions and time zones.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms and account management tools.
- Fluency in English is required; additional EMEA languages are a strong advantage.
