About the Full Stack Engineer Role

We are a trusted recruitment partner supporting high-growth companies. Our confidential client is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join a distributed engineering team and contribute to the development of scalable, high-quality web applications. This is a full-time remote role open to candidates across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Support continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
• Solid experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
