About the Financial Analyst Role

On behalf of a reputable holding company headquartered in the UAE, we’re hiring a Financial Analyst to join their growing team. This is a full-time remote role open to candidates across the EMEA region — ideal for professionals who thrive on data, strategy, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance and prepare reports for senior management.
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and investment planning.
• Monitor KPIs, perform variance analysis, and identify trends or risks.
• Collaborate with teams across business units to gather and interpret data.
• Prepare dashboards, presentations, and strategic planning materials.
• Support due diligence and valuation activities for new investments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA is a plus).
• 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP or BI tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Background in a holding or multi-sector business is preferred.
