About the Role

As an ERP Systems Consultant at Confidential, you will play a pivotal role in leading system implementation, optimization, and client support initiatives. This full-time remote position, open to professionals across the MENA region, involves analyzing diverse business requirements, configuring robust ERP solutions, and ensuring successful system deployments. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal technical teams to guarantee ERP systems align perfectly with operational needs, delivering tangible, measurable value. Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and meticulously analyze client business requirements, translating them into effective ERP system solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and provide comprehensive support for ERP modules based on specific client needs.
  • Lead or actively support ERP implementation and deployment projects from initiation to completion.
  • Conduct thorough system testing, deliver engaging user training, and provide essential post-implementation support.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and strategic system enhancements.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with technical teams to efficiently resolve integration or system-related issues.
  • Prepare clear and concise documentation, reports, and detailed implementation plans.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered punctually and precisely aligned with the agreed scope and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or a closely related field.
  • Proven, extensive experience in ERP implementation or dedicated ERP consulting roles.
  • Strong foundational understanding of core business processes, including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or Operations.
  • Hands-on experience working with leading ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Robust analytical and sophisticated problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote work environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
