About the Role

As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels to drive revenue growth and improve customer experience. You will work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth platform performance, effective campaigns, and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar)
  • Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination
  • Analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows to improve conversion rates
  • Ensure smooth order processing, payment integration, and customer journey
  • Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights
  • Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Understanding of SEO, CRO, and online merchandising principles
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
