About the Role: Ecommerce Specialist
As an Ecommerce Specialist at Confidential, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing online sales channels to drive significant revenue growth and enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize various e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and similar systems.
- Monitor product listings, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and coordinate inventory efficiently.
- Analyze website performance, understand user behavior, and improve conversion metrics using data.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing teams on digital campaigns, promotional launches, and new product introductions.
- Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows to significantly improve conversion rates.
- Ensure smooth order processing, robust payment integration, and an excellent customer journey.
- Prepare comprehensive regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvements.
- Stay current with the latest e-commerce trends, innovative tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales.
- Practical, hands-on experience with diverse e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics for data interpretation.
- Solid understanding of SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and online merchandising principles.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks within a remote work environment.
