About the Role
As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will manage and optimize online sales channels to drive revenue and enhance customer experience. You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure platform performance, effective campaigns, and data-driven decisions. This role suits professionals with strong analytical skills and hands-on e-commerce operations experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar).
- Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.
- Analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure smooth order processing, payment integration, and customer journey.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
