Digital Specialist
We are a trusted recruitment partner supporting marketing and digital agencies in building high-performing teams. On behalf of a confidential Marketing Company, we are seeking a results-driven Digital Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing activities across multiple channels. This is a full-time remote role, open to candidates based across the MENA region.
About the Role
As a Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and performance. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure digital initiatives align with marketing objectives and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels
- Manage paid and organic digital activities (Social Media, Search, Display, Email, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and analytics
- Support content and creative teams to ensure effective digital execution
- Conduct audience analysis and competitor research
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital platforms
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in a Digital Marketing or Digital Specialist role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards)
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working remotely is a plus
