About the Digital Specialist Role

As a Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Working with internal teams and clients, you will ensure digital initiatives align with marketing objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Manage paid and organic activities including Social Media, Search, Display, and Email
  • Monitor performance and optimize based on KPIs and analytics
  • Support content and creative teams for effective digital execution
  • Conduct audience analysis and competitor research
  • Prepare performance reports and actionable insights
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all platforms
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in a Digital Marketing or Digital Specialist role with a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools. Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics is essential. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively, coupled with strong communication and collaboration skills. Remote work experience is a plus.
